I bought this for when I have get togethers and cookouts. I store them in a shoe size plastic container with a lid and just remove the lid and set it out for guests and when I'm done using them and they're washed, I place them back in the container and store it on a shelf. It works great for this purpose. I'm not wasting money on plastic that is never sturdy enough to cut and eat with, I simply pop them in the dishwasher to clean and if by a rare chance they get accidentally thrown away (which is very rare) it's still cheaper than buying plastic and filling the landfill. I know a few reviewers stated that they rusted after washing but I have not found that to be the case. (I've washed them in the dishwasher 4 times and they came out just fine.) The only con that I have found is that I would have much rather it would have been just fork, knives, and spoons, instead of the 2 sizes of spoons and forks. But again for the price, not a big issue. I think it would also make a good starter set for persons who are just starting out and have limited funds.

The right amount of silverware for the party. I love that it has everything including steak knives . Right weight and they stack perfectly.
