This Profore multilayer compression bandaging system helps treat and protect various leg ailments, such as venous ulcers. It has four layers that consist of a natural padding bandage, light conformable dressing, light compression bandage and a flexible cohesive bandage for optimal effectiveness. This four-layer compression wrap delivers consistent compression that gradually builds up over time to promote healing. Its high absorbency allows it to handle exudate for up to 7 days to reduce the need for reapplication. This Profore compression bandage is suitable for use on individuals with an ankle circumference of more than 7-1/4 inches (padded). It provides higher pressure at the ankle and less pressure on the calf, making it effective on ailments that are lower on the leg.
