The Delta Boyd Single Hole Pull Down Kitchen Faucet is functioning as a faucet should. It's nice to be able to get hot water by just pulling the lever forward 90 degrees and then to the right (cold water is acquired just by leaving the lever straight up and pulling it to the right). I like how easy it is to switch from the normal stream to a spray stream with just a push of a rocker button. I don't fully understand the purpose of the third setting, which has its own button, but I think it's to give you a powerful temporary spurt while the normal stream is selected. The pull-down feature works well and resets properly. The included dish soap dispenser is very handy. Both the faucet and the soap dispenser fit perfectly into the holes left by the previous faucet. We had a professional install these and I'm very glad we did. I would not have had the tools, strength, or stamina to do this myself.
