It's on clearance because the boxes are damaged and have none of the stuff inside but the handle.

Camco 42176 - 27.2"L White Aluminum Long Folding

The handle is stylish and made of good material. The only problem I had with it was the spring inside the attachment area. The retainer that was put on to hold the spring from slipping kept SLIPPING off. I remedied this by drilling a hole through the end of the rod and putting a cotter pin in it to hold the retainer in place. This solved the design defect and now there are no worries of the handle flying off due to the spring letting go.
