First of all, the scoring on this book was off in its categories so it may not look like a good review. Guess AI missed on this. Yes, it says for children but it has a ton of puzzles and cognitive function in this Puzzle Challenge book. I fondly recall getting my highlight books during the summers as a child. They were likely part of developing keen observation skills that benefited me for adult years. I bought these for my adult kids as a little walk down "the good ole days" path when they too, received Highlights magazines. The wide range of brain teasing is amazing. The selection of puzzles makes it more fun and really forces us to use the brain for more developmental tasks. As an aging senior, I commit time daily to exercising my brain with different challenges. This is a great gift for any one on your list over the age of 8 or so. There is a lot to choose from and enjoy. Grab some for holiday fun!
