Way Too Tight Fit and Too Long

I am a skinny guy--5' 9" 145-150 lbs. I do not like tight-fitting clothes. I ordered this T-shirt in MEDIUM, my typical size (some manufacturers' T-shirts run small, and I occasionally order Large, but MEDIUM usually suits me fine). This T-shirt, in "Medium" has the length of an ordinary Large, yet somehow, the fit is that of a muscle-shirt---skin-tight.
