The Carol Burnett Show: The Lost Episodes (DVD)

Closed captions! I bought this collection for my mother who loves Carol Burnett specifically the Carol Burnett show. I found the first five seasons set to be fantastic and I found that it said closed captioning, it had to CC symbol. When I got the DVDs in the mail I couldn't get the captions to work, I looked on the box and it said under the cc symbol “feature portion only“. I' then checked every chapter of about four different DVDs on four different boxes of the set and there were no captions whatsoever. This product was useless to my mother and I do not blame Walmart at all I had wonderful service from them , I blame time life who didn't think my mother was worth the time and effort it would've taken to put close captioning on all of the product. I am very disappointed in time life and I can't order any Carol Burnett DVDs for my mom because I suspect time life has ownership of them right now and until they decide to put close captioning on all of them my mom will just have to keep watching it edited to pieces on meTV . SMH!
