It's great for every day mold making

It says it's 80oz which should be a little more than a 2 liter bottle of soda. That actually seems about right. so if there's a volume discrepancy like other reviewers have made, it's tiny. Anyway, some reviewers also complained that it's too soft. The package says the shore hardness is 10A I found it a little on the hard side compared to what i was expecting. I would compare it to the rubber bands on a wrist rocket or maybe right in between silicone caulk and a sticky hand. Some of those soft silicone cell phone cases and video game controller sleeves are probably very close to it as well. it's just right for making small molds. The really cool feature is that it off gasses and becomes bubble-free very quickly and long before it is too stiff to work with. it says working time is a few minuted but i came back a half hour later and it was still similar viscosity to honey. If you are used to working with fiberglass epoxy resin (NOT polyester), the curing and working time is very similar from my experience. So far, i only tested it in a dixy cup but it mantained the fine print at the bottom of the cup very accurately. So i can't speak to it's ability to copy ultra fine, borderline microscopic precision but for every day tools and toys, i don't see a problem at all. in short, it seems like a very good balance of simplicity of use and being forgiving in the mix and setup while giving excellent results for every day products.
