I own this product

I didn't buy it from here but was gifted from my older brother. People stating they can't unlock straight out of the box...if you try to unlock in the "locked" position the lock doesn't move. You have to take ONE extra step and press & HOLD the lever down while unlocking. It will work that way. I'm wondering if these folks failed to hold the lever down while trying to unlock this machine.

Brand new and won't unlock

The pin for locking and unlocking it will not move. Returning this for a better brand instead. I'd rate it a zero if I could, very frustrating.
