These Boots Aren't Made for Walking!

These boots are a quality buy and well made but they run very small on size. The shoe box is marked size 12 but the boots have no size shown. I could not get them over my heel even with the tongue fully extended outside of the boot. These boots also run narrow but they are supposed to be 'medium'. Now I have to take them back and waste precious time because the dealer/manufacturer can't get their sizes straight!
