As for a person with a mild case of scoliosis, my back will bother me at times. This mattress is so comfortable, and it is affordable compared to other pricey mattresses. When it arrives, unroll it out of the packaging, and it will pop out and expand. You are supposed to wait until it fully expands before you sleep on it. I am very happy with my purchase.

I only gave it four stars but actually the mattress is fine except for it doesn't match up with the frame so maybe I should have been a little more wise to order in a mattress and a frame separate however future reference for myself when I ordered things of that nature I'll keep them the same brand name so that hopefully they'll match up thank you
