Useless road hazard insurance

The prices are awesome at Walmart, if the prices stay low like they are I will always buy/purchase from Walmart. Can Walmart keep the prices low? Yes Walmart Can Do Low.low prices. But I was not able to get / or use road hazard insurance due to having two severely damaged tires, very disappointing after purchasing road hazard insurance
