Good quality, long expiration date.
I can't guarantee it works because I also take Claritin. After I spray and sniff a few times, it still seems to make my nose run a bit for a while. Now, this could be MY problem only, because I suffer from a POST-NASAL POUR (Not Drip), due to Non-Allergic Rhinitis. Whatever that actually means. My nose runs if I drink, eat, brush my teeth, etc... regardless of temperature. Of course, as usual, the hotter or spicier... the MORE it will run. So far, nothing seems to stop it except for Ipratroprium Bromide... however... this dries out my nose too much and then it bleeds... which creates a whole other problem. So I prefer the drop to the bleeding.
