NO NEED to cut the original exhaust . When it is installed with the Pre-Muffler Pipe, it is also NOT NECESSARY to cut the original exhaust pipe of the motorcycle.

The Fact:

We was proud to offer one of the first Full Headers for the 2020 390 Adventure, and now we’ve made it better. The 1st and 2nd exhaust converters, as well as the pre-muffler box, are all replaced with an 1-3/4” (44.45mm) straight-through system.This system allows for maximum exhaust flow from the engine and produces a deeper growl with the removal of the pre-muffler. Stock muffler, or any aftermarket slip-on, will fit to Header. For those wishing to see maximum airflow and performance from their exhaust system. 

Servicing is now easier with the different shape of the Header pipe allowing for easy access to the under engine oil sieve, and the system has been tested to fit with both the stock Skid Plate and the powerparts accessory Skid Plate. Where previously the system terminated into the Pre-Muffler Box, the new design extends to be mounted directly to the rear silencer.
