Great Product, Frustrating Packaging
Great broom—exactly what I was wanting to purchase. I was not pleased with the way it was shipped, though. Instead of placing it in a box like past brooms I've ordered from Walmart, the entire broom was wrapped in shrink wrap, which took me about 30 minutes to unwrap. I couldn't use a knife or scissors without risking damage to the handle. I didn't feel that made a very good impression for the customer. That said, I do love the broom. Thank you!
