I received it and filled it with water. You can hear the pump but no water comes out. Maybe a tube came off inside. There is no way to unscrew it to see under it to try to fix it. No water ever came out of the fountain!

Arrived broken!

This looks like it would have been so nice. However, it arrived in an old box with old tape and something was rattling around in it. Still I filled it with water and followed instructions. There was a sound but no running water. So disappointing. I also notice when I click on verified purchasers there is only one review! I think they reshipped a broken fountain!
