As far as dressers go and price, this is a very inexpensive dresser (I bought for $160), so I did not have high expectations. I needed a smaller dresser temporarily and this checked all my boxes. The dresser arrived one day early and well packaged, no damage, to my doorstep. Great picture/diagram instructions with all pieces labeled (see pic). It took me about 2 hours to put this together. I did it by myself with 3 small children, a puppy and a hammer drill. If I can do it, you can do it! You must read the instructions carefully and pay attention to the details- if you do, everything goes together beautifully and very easily. I expected this to be particle board given the price point, so no surprise there. The hardware was decent and I was impressed that all the holes lined up perfectly. They provide some extra hardware just in case you lose one which is nice. There are mounting brackets for securing to the wall for safety which is good. There are also brackets you screw in the back panels (which are thin particle board) and this helps to strengthen and firm it up instead of it being flimsy- also a good thing. Drawers lined up perfectly. Drawer tracks move smoothly. These are not soft close and they do make a little noise while empty but not bad. I needed a smaller size dresser so this is the right size for me but other reviews noted it was small. Check the product sizes against what you need/want to ensure you're not wasting your time/money. One thing to mention, the feet are a different shade than the rest of the dresser (see pic). I don't think it's really noticeable when it's all put together but pointing it out. I do like the look of the dresser- it's pretty and feminine with the gold drawer pulls. Overall, I think for the price, this is a great dresser. I will be using it everyday for a while so will report back with an update on durability.
