Size of frame

This frame was shipped to me and when I got it all ready to put my picture in it, it was not a 16 in x 24 in opening. It is more like a 17 1/2 in x 24 in opening. An 18 in x 24 in is not even an option when selecting the size when I ordered it. I already threw away the cardboard that it was packed in so I can't ship it back. It was a disappointment.
