Extraordinary customer service

This company provides extraordinary service. I sent them an email on Saturday morning of a holiday weekend and told them that the glass on one of the frames I purchased was broken when the package arrived. In under an hour, I had an answer from the company (Nicole) and a partial refund in less than two hours! How I wish that all problems were resolved this quickly and efficiently!!
