average cook book

have tried a few so far. One was just average, nothing great, another was better. but my one biggest complaint about a cook book for diabetics, is...the recipe to not tell you the carbs for each serving. It mentions how many servings a recipie will make, but not the serving size, or the carbs for that servings. Something that diabetics really need to know for diet control.
