Missing parts and used tv sent to me

First off I believe they sold me a used tv..NS-19D310NA21 TV HD TV, Liquid Crystal with direct LED Black light, 19 Led TV, 720P, Boxed was supposed to come with batteries and they were no where to be found. My buddy bought the same tv from in store purchase and I helped him unbox it and his came with batteries and screws for the stand legs (which mine was also missing come to find out) his tv also had plastic covering the edge of his tv and mine was not present when I got it...I believe walmart.com should reimberse me some money back on the tv since it was missing items and scratched up..I don't recommend walmart.com to customers
