these are great for everyday use. nothing sticks on them not even dried egg yolk or melted cheese. no scrubbing hold under running hot water its gone. i will tell you though that red sauce like spaghetti sauce will eventually stain if you use these dishes often to warm up for kiddie spaghetti with meatballs and sauce in the can in your microwave. dont use sharp knives on the plates they will scratch the plastic..
