I absolutely loved this couch for the first 1.5 years. It is a statement piece in a sitting area that rarely gets used and is in almost perfect condition. One of the legs recently broke (the wood holding the screws snapped). While we tried to glue it back together with the help of some friendly hardware store workers, the leg is ruined. I reached out to Modway, the manufacturer and they were absolutely zero help. Not only would they not replace the part, because its not within their 1 year warranty, they wouldn't even give me the option to purchase a new one.

Seams are coming off in just a few months

This couch looks great and is built well - except for the shoddy work done with the seams. Its just been a few months of use and the seams are already coming off. We are gentle with our furniture and like to take care of it, but there is nothing we can do if the seams just decide to rip open.
