Easily installed. Just sit it on the bowl with lid lifted. I am tall, 5'10"...and this height helps to sit and rise . Easy to keep clean too. I keep disposable disinfectant wipes by the bowl for snap cleanup. I never ever put those down the septic tank system. I have been putting all tissue in trash for a while to keep pipes clear. It has helped with backup problems. Tissue doesn't smell.

This helps with sitting down and being able to get off the potty much easy. when I moved in to this apartment 10 and a half years ago. my youngest grand son didn't have to use a steap stool to use to go potty. the toilet sit's so low, I could not sit down on it without falling. then I could not get off the potty.
