This cookware is crafted with an innovative heat treatment that fortifies it at extreme temperatures and infuses it with nitrogen. (That’s why we call it NITRO!) This process seals all the little nooks and crannies in the cast iron, resulting in an exceptionally smooth surface that’s easy to clean and maintain and is ultra resistant to rusting, chipping, and staining. We also added nifty features like a helper handle for easy transport from stove to oven to table, dual built-in spouts for easy pouring, and a satin-smooth finish that always looks great.
