This stuff works alright, considering the alcohol content you may be floating after. I have a low tolerance for that but it does knock out pain. Just make sure you're in for the day and winding down. The max description lives up to its name. Nyquil wasn't messing around!!!

Worth the Price for Fast Releif

I find this works really fast! It probably gives the same relief as taking Tylenol except you don't have to wait as long for the full strength to be in effect. For me, when pain hits, I want it gone as quickly as possible, and though this is more expensive than taking Tylenol, the fast relief makes it worth the price.

Definitely helps with pain quicker than waiting on pills. I don't expect it to taste good. It's not bad enough to stop or not want it like the honey flavored. I do find it a benefit that it's not a good or sweet flavor, better chance at keeping kids out of medicine.
