Pre-Muffler Pipe Tips:

This product is designed as a replacement for the pre-muffler box. Removal of secondary CAT materials can be achieved with basic tools. First CAT located in frontal upper section of the exhaust will be retained. It can be installed with the original exhaust pipe of the motorcycle. NEED to cut the original exhaust .

Full  Pipe Facts:

We was proud to offer one of the first Full Pipe Headers for the 2020 SVARTPILEN 401, and now we’ve made it better. The 1st and 2nd exhaust converters, as well as the pre-muffler box, are all replaced with an 1-3/4” (44.45mm) straight-through system. The under-belly section of the exhaust is split into two 1-1/4” (32mm) pipes to ensure factory fitment and parts compatibility. This system allows for maximum exhaust flow from the engine and produces a deeper growl with the removal of the pre-muffler. Stock muffler, or any aftermarket slip-on, will fit to Header. For those wishing to see maximum airflow and performance from their exhaust system. Servicing is now easier with the different shape of the Header pipe allowing for easy access to the under engine oil sieve, and the system has been tested to fit with both the stock Skid Plate and the powerparts accessory Skid Plate. Where previously the system terminated into the Pre-Muffler Box, the new design extends to be mounted directly to the rear silencer.
