Was sent a broken sink twice

I was looking forward to getting the guest bathroom all put together before our Christmas party this year however I received this sink completely broken. Returned the item thinking it was just a fluke but received the sink FOR THE SECOND TIME pretty much broken in half. My guess is the packaging is just not adequate. It is covered with a very thin layer of foam wrap and only has thick padding for one side of the box so that the one side of the sink is completely up against the box. There is no ""this side up"" label either which may have prevented it from being hit on it's unpadded side. Very disappointed... and ended up with no sink for the guest bathroom at our holiday party, guests just had to wash their hands at the already crowded kitchen sink.
