This has been getting over this awful sickness I've had for about 4 days now. I took it just yesterday maybe around 5 pm, that was the daytime tea, then 4 hours later like the box says, I took the nighttime tea. I was laying in the bed fine, and before I knew it, I was knocked out sleep without knowing it. The night before I stayed up until the next day because I couldn't sleep being congested and a sore, scratchy throat. I'm not sure what time I fell asleep, but I woke up at 7 am feeling energized and much better. My throat is mostly fine now, I just have a little bit of congestion, but it has definitely been working. I took a chance on this and I'm so thankful! And the tea actually tastes great! The honey lemon flavor is something you could just drink everyday.
