Elastic and COVID-19

This is not an item I would normally order, but with COVID-19, I had to order it to make my own masks. I ordered black since it was the only elastic available at the time, now I'm glad I did. It looks clean (doesn't look dingy like white might), and washes well. My only observation (complaint) is that I discovered that I should NOT iron the elastic. It seemed to melt or leave residue on the iron. Easy enough fix.

Poor shipping Experience

The item was great, exacty as expected, but the customer service, lack of information, and extremely loge ship time is what I'm upset about. I ordered this on 4/16, and the ETA was listed on 4/26. 4/26 came and went, and the package hadn't even been dropped off to be shipped yet. Finally received on 5/4. The whole reason I bought this over some other company with a better reputation and reliability, was because they could ship it to me the quickest...
