Makes moist, tasty chicken
I've never used a chicken roasting stand before and this was very easy to use. I filled up the canister with my favorite beer, put the chicken on, seasoned it and on the grill it went. I cooked a 8 pound chicken for about 1 hour and a half at about 300°. Once it was at the right temp, I let the skin crisp up a bit. Delicious! The stand catches all the grease, which is nice to not have the chicken sitting in it. You'll want the chicken to cool a bit before taking it off the stand. It's very hot. Once it's off, the chicken cuts up nicely and is so moist. Even moist the next day. The stand is easy to clean. To open the canister for the beer, move to the left, slightly and then it pops up. Be careful because the lid can be very sharp.
