Tried everything. This worked!
Due to medical issues had a problem going for a month. Tried 3 different laxatives. Nothing worked except the magnesium citrate drink which is awful and caused stomach cramps! Then went online to find alternatives and found Swiss Kriss. Thank goodness!! Took 2 the first evening, then 2 more in the morning for the first 2 days. Now almost normal. Still going to take one in the morning and one at night, then maybe cut back to one in the evening and increase fiber. No cramps, no side effects. I believe the herbs help reduce inflammation in my bowels caused by diverticulitis.

Because of many surgeries and opiate induced constipation, I searched and searched for a natural gentle but effective laxative ... THIS is the one. Like clockwork, I take it before bed ... it works overnight and life is good and easy in the morning. Like most herbals, each of us must determine the dosage to which our body responds. My little female friend takes 2 every evening and a Sumo might need 6 or 7 each night with all that rice. I homed in on 5 ... you have to figure out you.
