great break in

I used to purchase wolverine work boots all the time. Our local vendor stopped carrying them and I have tried two other brands. One did not last 6 months and the other all though they lasted a year it took 3 months and several blisters to break in. this boots are comfortable right out of the box. and I have always gotten a year out of them in the past.

Great comfort and durability

These have been my go to boots for about four years now. When my local store stopped carrying them, I tried a different style and was not nearly as satisfied. I ordered direct and am happy to have these back! I walk a lot, every day. I’ve also had some hip and feet issues and these have proven to be the best boot for the longest time.

Better than some

These boots look nice out of the box but were not as comfortable the first time on my feet as my 12 years/pairs of DuraShock Tacoma Steel I so sorely miss. The tread is better for work in my Food Processing Plant environment than either the Legend's or the DuraShock SR I tried the 2 year before, but again still will not compare to the slip resistance on wet concrete floors of the Tacoma. As with all the pairs I have purchased, except the Legend, the Raider toes scuff easily so quickly look used and old but that is secondary to the performance in my work environment.
