I did a great deal of looking at dozens of different rugs with varying prices. This wasn't one of the cheaper ones, nor one of the spendier ones . It was probably about right in the middle. But the quality is top notch, and none of the more expensive ones were more appealing to me than this one . I would have bought one too. For this item, money wasn't really a factor within reason. I really looked intently at the less expensive versions, because I'm usually pretty thrifty with my purchases. After looking at probably a couple of hundred rugs, nothing topped this one. Love the color combination, pattern, and weave of the rug. It's simple but elegant . Very happy with the purchase.

Good rug

At first there is a lot of line bumps on the carpet and it doesn't lay flat on the sides. After laying 10 lbs weights for 2 days on the sides it became flat and the inside lines have disappeared. I was a little hesitant on purchasing this rug base on amazon review but i'm glad I pulled the trigger.
