I like this stove top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my induction cooktop for about a month now. It fit perfectly. I was stressed about this because I was replacing my old one out of an existing granite counter top. I had a builder come over and measure and compare my measurements with the stated measurements of this cooktop and although they were not exact, it was close enough that it fit just fine. The install, done by an electrician, was easy. I have been very pleased with it so far. Heats quickly and there are many nice features. I especially like the simmer function which I have used for three hours today to make spaghetti sauce. This may sound trivial but I rea,ly like the sound of the timer alarm. I hated my old timer. I would prefer the timer alarm to continue alarming until I shut it off but this one alarms once and shuts off. So you have to be in the kitchen to hear it go off.

LG Induction Cooktop Works Great!

I've had this induction cooktop a few months. It works great! I've heard others said they are loud. I've never heard any sounds. You don't have to wait for the burners to get hot or warm. It's quick! This is the 2nd induction cooktop since 2000. Those were all white ceramic. The black cooktops looks nice if you're not standing in front of it. It's so difficult to clean this cooktop. I've tried everything and it just looks sloppy and grease, and there are small scratches on there too, I think my 23 old granddaughter has pulled or pushed the pots and pans on there. No matter I've tried, I can't get it look nice and clean. When I was looking for an induction cooktop and when I saw that the ceramic was from "Schott Ceran" and I was so excited! That was made me buy this cooktop. I'm happy about the LG cooktop and works great, quick, easy to use it, no noisy sounds, etc. I wanted to give 5 stars, but the Schott Ceran ceramic was not what I thought.
