The Tonies did not work. I purchased it on sale as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. All I wanted was an exchange. You cannot get in touch with Tonies, only the fulfillment center. Would not give me an exchange only a refund and I would need to purchase at full price. $40 higher. All out of stock until holiday season 2025. Definitely would NOT recommend.
