These work very very well. And even though they are not habit forming so it says but they are and can become a very dependent way of falling asleep. Please be careful and only use these for a restful nights sleep and not during the day while working or driving around. These are very strong and if you take them in an empty stomach or wait at least four hours after eating the effect will be that much stronger to put you to sleep. You will feel these and it can be overwhelming along with very dry mouth. Please be careful.

I live in constant pain and no longer are on dangerous prescription pain killers, At bedtime I take Tylenol PM and get a restful sleep. I works just fine and you don't get addicted to dangerous drugs. I had that happen to me and I paid the price. I got off the dangerous drugs by myself and never ever thought of using them again. I had been using a Medical Pain Specialist and was that ever a huge mistake.
