I used Pruvit ketones years ago and loved them, they were very pricy but did the job. Wow, this stuff is legit! It definitely increases ketone levels, albeit maybe 1-2 hours which for the cost, is pretty incredible. Also being that this is bhb bound to salta, you get electrolytes, which can become depleted on keto or low carb. The taste is definitely strawberry lemonade and although a strong blandish tartness because of it being ketone salts is definitely strong but 5he flavor is good overall-- almost like kool-aid. The price for what the product provides (increased blood ketones and therefore energy) combined with the not-so-bad flavor is great. Good product, good value, I highly recommend!👍
