I use this to keep calcium to where it belongs. Have used bronson 100 mcg, soft gels without a problem. Labs showed I needed to increase my vitamin k mk-7. Decided on these 200mcg. But these are hard tablets. Do not absorb, or work even close labs showed a increase in calcium, instead of a decrease. Stick with taking two 100 mcg from Bronson, or change Manufacturers. BRONSON: what went wrong making the double 200 mcg tablets? Not tested?

Shouldn't be on the market
Have been on Bronson K-2 mk7 vitamins in capsules for over 3 years. Decided to try a stronger strength (200) instead of the daily 100 that was in the capsules. Stopped taking these after 1 week because something was off and my legs started having pain. It has been 3 days since I haven't taking these and my mobility has improved. The extra strength in pill form is nothing like the capsules and they are not even listed in Bronson's catalog. Going back to capsules and will take 2 daily.
