These tires were great on the 2011 Ford Escape I was driving but I only got to use them for less than six months because within six months of my used vehicle purchase, the steering wheel came out of where it's supposed to sit in the vehicle and it became undrivable due to the busted bearings and broken clockspinner (thanks ford, glad I know how to drive with the steering wheel in my lap and not d i e ) ... turned out the repairs wouldn't be worth it - according to the dealership who thankfully helped me get into a different vehicle - so I lost that vehicle but the tires were great for the few months that I had them ...

Loved the options an verities of tries to choose from when u don't have the money but needs the tires your still getting good quality tires for affordable prices. I would say the customer service was 0/10. Went to pick the tires up no one acknowledged me waited about 15 mins with still no help so we left. Can back the next day still not acknowledged but did receive my tires. I will say I did make the comment of are they used tires but he assured me they weren't just the transport from where they were stored and rolling them to the car made them look that way
