We aimed to create an indoor bike trainer that is so quiet that the only sound you hear is from your bike's drive train. Excellent trainer. Very quiet, resistance is great for Zwift training. I've tried the Garmin TacX and this does just as good a job for indoor trainers. If you are deciding on a trainer like the kicker snap or a resistance trainer with a cassette go with a trainer with a cassette - the accuracy of climbs and resistance changes are so much better

Great trainer and amazing price. But Saris went out of business, sold to a receiving company so there is no customer support. No email or phone I'm not sure if the lifetime warranty for it will be available. But it's a great trainer and I'm happy with it.
