Overall, I had a pleasant visit. However, I did have to get someone to assist me from the many employees that were standing around chatting, which is .unusual. I wasn't really well received because I'm sure I wasn't polite in doing so. Sorry, but I expect immediate attention especially when I'm trying to conduct business and am being ignored.

I haven't use it yet so my 4 star rating is based on looks. I like the tan color and it has snaps to easily adjust the legs of the tent. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the tent came with scratches on the feet like it had been opened and set up before.

I purchased this for temporary storage needs. The item was not quite 100% as described, but it serves its purpose. It's not height adjustable, and some things don't fit together well, but overall, it's totally fair for the price. It survived pretty strong winds and some rain respectably, although we did secure it a lot more than suggested. All in all, money well spent for the intended purpose.
