Great EnergyStar choice
I installed it in a rental unit bathroom that never had an exhaust fan, just a window. Plaster and lath ceiling. Installation was fairly straightforward with attic above. Enough noise to know it's on without it being annoying. Nice bright light. Wired it with a humidistat control.
