I can vouch for this purifier! Just had a flood in my condo and it was smelling very much like mildew even after the sheetrock was replaced. I bought this purifier and within a day, the smell was gone.

It's average. I run it 6 hours a day in a bedroom that's 100 Sq. Ft. with the door closed. It doesn't remove dust well. Knowing what I know now, I'd look for a different unit/model/brand.
