Everything is great except one thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything in this pallet is great! The colors and shades are beautiful and I really like how pretty they are. The one problem I ran into is that while playing around with the pallet one of the colors fell completely out. I still would recommend this pallet because of its over all beauty.
