This is the second unit I purchased. The first Marcell we have had many years at our seasonal home that has many power outages. The unit has been a great aide in knowing what is happening and being able to take action. Our most recent purchase was to have one at our main home. Our boiler is getting older and now if we lose heat in the winter while we are away, we can take action and not return to a big issue. We find the peace of mind is well worth the investment.
