Lovely EXTENSIVE pattern line, including some holiday decor. Hard to locate pieces, I traveled over most of my state to find all the parts. Stocking is erratic. These pieces coordinate well with other Pioneer Woman Linen colors except for the Collette line. For some reason it's a much lighter glaze and finish. I use them with Farmhouse lace, sets a lovely table. Wish it came with a real tureen like Farmhouse Lace did, but it coordinates with the linen color ones. Also, having to buy a huge set if bakeware just to get the ramekins is obnoxious.

I got 2 sets of dishes they are so beautiful the only thing I can suggest is I had 1. Bowl busted in each box I received they need to pack them differently!

Problem with customer service

The dinnerware is beautiful and my daughter loves it. It was her birthday gift. My only complaint is that one bowl out of eight was broken when it came. My store does not carry this particular pattern in Stock. In order to replace that one bowl I would have to return the entire order. Is there not a way to replace that one bowl? I have asked this question before but never got a response back. Can someone please help with this issue?
