Large Oval Pedestal Mirror, Rimless 10.5x15 Inch Mirror, Chrome Base

The item in the picture is not what I received. I know this because I've ordered one before and they don't match at all. The new one they sent has a thin support bar instead of a thick one. The base is also thinner. And instead of this one easily screwing into the bottom by hand each time I need to take it apart and put it back together for a trade show, it requires a flimsy wrench with a nut and bolt. It's very time consuming and not at all what I needed. This item needs to be updated in photos and description because it is not what you see pictured. It's a close knock off if you don't know what you're supposed to be getting. But in my case I need a sturdy mirror which requires an assembly and tear down of 30 seconds or less. That is not what I received. I have reached out to file and complaint and was told I would receive contact within 48 hours. It's been over a week and still no communication. I wouldn't trust purchasing from this vendor as they obviously do not care about customer service.
