The beanie is super soft and super warm. The sound quality is great, and others can hear me great. The headset is in a zippered area that is secured by Velcro. Great hat and headset.

Not bad just to small
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this hat not to long ago, it doesn't really fit my head at all and that's the only thing wrong with it, the Bluetooth works well and you're able to make calls and listen to music which is good, I have a big head so it's hard to find something that fits, other than not being able to fit this product works as it's intended.
