Charbroil® 22" Performance Series™ Portable Tabletop 2 Burner Propane Gas Griddle

We live on our boat fulltime and absolutely love this product! Our marina friends have all tried it out as well and plan to buy one! The cooking surface area is very generous and it has the ability to cook very hot when it needs to. We most recently seared a mix of sausage, onions and red peppers and it was so delicious. The cast iron is very high quality and the unit is incredibly simple to use. We also love the fact that we can cook lots of bacon at once and do it outdoors so we aren't setting off smoke detectors or creating a lingering smell (even bacon smells delicious!) that takes a long time to clear. This is a must have for people on the move or those who just want additional cooking space that is portable and easy to use!

Buy it. You will use it alot more than you think. Great piece! Easy and fun.
